Position SANITATION SPECIALIST
Description

We have a temporary assignment available at a production facility in Burnaby for a sanitation specialist with basic Food Safe certification. Position starts July 18th for 3 weeks and is in the Marine Way area of Burnaby.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure daily cleaning and sanitation of all food processing and manufacturing equipment
• Execute all sanitation as required in a safe and thorough manner consistent with HACCPs (hazard analysis critical control points) and SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures)

Qualifications:
• Food Safe certification
• Working knowledge of standard janitorial equipment
• Ability to multi task and work independently
• Some lifting and moving of equipment occasionally required
• 1-2 years' experience in a food processing plant is preferred
• Experience working with sanitizers considered an asset

Description

6 month contract available starting ASAP for an A/A with SAP Oracle or other ERP system experience.

Responsibilities:
• Answering department phone calls
• Open, sort and distribute incoming e-mails, regular mail, courier packages
• Manage and update direct deposit Information
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Data entry
• Review expense report receipts
• Prepare and modify documents including e-mails and memos
• Maintain office supplies
• Support the accounts payable and corporate accounting team with projects and requests
• Provide coverage for accounts payable when necessary
• Provide assistance during audit including pulling samples and scanning documents
• Keep office area clean and tidy

Description

Six month assignment, starts as soon as possible for an experienced Administrative Assistant with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The role is responsible for providing administrative services within the Legal Services Department to ensure all matters are handled in an efficient, effective and confidential manner.

Must haves:

Position ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
Description

We’re seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for the Canadian head office of a major outdoor recreational clothing company located in Richmond.  The position reports to the Credit Manager – North America, and work hours will be 7:30-4:00 or 8:00-4:30, Monday-Friday.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Cash applications for U.S and Canadian payments
  • Assist in looking into pricing/term disputes in invoices
  • Account reconciliations
  • Print checks for CA
  • Prepare Monthly RSF payments
  • Email month end employee and intercompany statements
  • Create free text invoices
  • Reconciliation of Sub-Ledgers (Customer AR Accounts)
  • Chargeback Process Management

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, and  a strong team player
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the sporting industry would be an asset
  • Bilingual – English/French would be a definite asset
