Description

Temp-to-Perm opportunity available for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative support to a management team in Richmond. Candidates must have at least 5 years' experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably within a small to medium sized organization.

Responsibilities:
• Calendar management
• Preparing confidential correspondence
• Arranging complex travel plans and agendas
• Expense report preparation
• Participating in the preparation of proposals
• Communicate with various external clients on behalf of management
• Organize client appreciation events

Qualifications:
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and social media platforms
• Valid BC Driver's license
• Able to work independently and in a team

Position DOCUMENTATION & LETTERS OF CREDIT EXP.
Description

Temporary assignment, starts ASAP until the end of August (might get extended until the New Year) with a export company in Vancouver. Candidates for the position MUST have Documentation and Letters of Credit experience and very strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
• Assist Manager, Marketing & Sales with following up on Export Sales after business is confirmed
• Prepare contracts,
• Enter orders
• Monitor shipment schedule
• Communicate with banks regarding Letters of Credit and payment procedures
• Receive and confirm Letters of Credit
• Communicate with shipping companies regarding documentation, bills of lading
• Communicate updates regarding vessels, shipment scheduling, rates, etc. with the Logistics department
• Follow-up with overseas agents with regard to missing orders, delayed Letters of Credit, etc.

Position SHIPPING CLERK WITH UPS WORLD SHIP & FEDEX SHIP MANAGER EXPERIENCE
Description

Experienced Shipper Receiver is required starting ASAP for 3 weeks close to the Brentwood area of Burnaby. Duties include preparing shipments, filing documents on network drives and general duties associated with the position. Hours are 8:00 -- 4:30.

Experience required:
• Working knowledge of UPS world ship and FedEx ship manager
• ERP systems
• Good MS Office skills
• Ability to create PDFs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent customer service
• Good multi-tasking skills

Position TEMPORARY WAREHOUSE PERSONNEL NEEDED URGENTLY!
Description

Starts ASAP on an ongoing basis with large manufacturer based in Richmond.

- Candidates must have general labour/warehouse experience and steel-toed boots.

- Must be able to lift at least 60Lbs on a regular basis.

- Must be able to do 12 hour rotating shifts -- 7:00 am to 7:00 p.m. (3 on two off) for two
weeks and then 7:00 p.m -- 7:00 a.m. for two, etc.

Located close to #5 Road and Steveston Highway area, a 10 minute walk from transit.




Compensation $18.90 an hour
