Are you a very well-organized Admin person who loves cars? We have a part-time contract available, starting as soon as possible with a large auto maker at their Richmond location. You must be available on Mondays (or Tuesday if the Monday is a stat holiday) and our client would like a one year commitment to the position. 

Primary Responsibilities:
• Managing the public relations fleet of vehicles 
• Booking journalists to take vehicles for the week 
• Ensuring vehicles are clean and fueled up 
• Some relocating cars from one place to another
• Managing licensing and registration of vehicles
• Sending vehicles to auction after no longer needed in the PR Fleet
• Researching the results of each journalists test drive of the vehicle by finding the articles written and sharing that info with the PR Manager
• Other duties as required such as some admin support to the Warehouse Manager

Skills required:
• Strong communication skills, professionalism and excellent customer service attitude
• Fluency in Chinese would be a definite asset
• Strong organizational skills

Temporary contract for up to 12 weeks available with large regional HO in Burnaby for an experienced Payroll Administrator.  We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years payroll experience and who is familiar with a complex compensation environment.  Candidates must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and solid MS Office software proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.


  • Administer payroll & benefit services for internal departments and some outside groups including semi-monthly compensation, deductions and related entitlements
  • Prepare remittances to designated recipients
  • Conduct month-end balancing and reconciliation
  • Reporting functions related to general ledgers and cost accounting
  • Administer benefits billing for retirees and employees on long-term leave
  • Calculate salary payments for special payroll runs

We current have a contract opportunity for a temporary Accounts Payable Administrator in a corporate head office in Burnaby.  The successful candidate will report to the Accounts Payable Team Lead and provide payables support for the company.  Position starts  ASAP for 4-6 months.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process corporate credit cards
  • Work effectively to maintain relationships with vendors regarding their enquiries to status of payment of their invoices
  • Review data entry reports to confirm accuracy
  • Review and analyze unvouchered purchase order receipts to recommend appropriate resolution
  • Maintain accounts payable filing
  • Photocopying and scanning as necessary



  • At least 5 years of accounts payable experience, including strong data entry
  • Numerical accuracy and ability to work with numbers is essential to success
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and provide excellent customer service
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong Excel skills will be needed to manage large credit card expense files
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Outlook
  • Experience with Fourth Shift or Oracle is a definite plus.
