Our client is looking for a Recruiter for a 3 month temporary contract in Vancouver.

Duties:

  • Ensure staffing approvals are in place

Our client is looking for a temporary Payroll Administrator in the Burnaby area to start ASAP.

Duties:

  • Administer payroll and benefits for internal departments
  • Ensure accurate processing of employees semi-monthly compensation
  • Prepare and forward statutory to recipients
  • Prepare month end balancing, reconciliation and reporting functions to general ledgers

Description

This is a month-to-month assignment with a large institution, starting ASAP.  We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst with at least 4 years’ experience using spreadsheet software and integrated financial database(s).  Candidate must be enrolled in the CPA (CGA or CMA) and have a strong understanding of budget, finance accounting and control procedures.

Description

Large, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility has an ongoing need for Junior Warehouse / general labour people, with steel-toed boots and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. These are temporary positions, starting ASAP, week-by-week. You must be able to do 12 hour rotating shifts -- 7:00 am to 7:00 p.m. for two weeks and then 7:00 p.m -- 7:00 a.m. for two, etc.

These positions are responsible for material movement to and from lines, between warehouses and the correct packaging of finished goods. Duties are varied and may include activities that assist other departments and personnel, such as cleaning, sweeping mopping, assembling, lifting, moving, and offering general assistance.
