Description

You must have at least 2 years’ experience in high volume data entry and an understanding of basic accounting principles.  Accpac or Timberline software experience would be a definite asset.

Description

High flying group of busy executives with a development firm need a super well-organized E/A to keep track of their schedules, travel arrangements, flights, meetings, etc.! This is a temporary assignment that starts on Friday, September 4th through to the 18th.

Candidates for this position must have at least 2 year's recent Executive Assistant experience, excellent computer proficiency, a poised, confident manner and impeccable communication skills.

Position RECORDS CLERKS - 2 POSITIONS
Description

2 temporary positions available for Records Clerks with prior experience in records management and handling offsite storage. Positions start September 14th until the end of November and are based downtown.


Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit documentation to off-site storage vendor
• Update box contents in database and Excel spreadsheets
• Organize documentation and supplies into logical order within designated areas.
• Purge and recycle documentation and supplies in keeping with Company policy.
• Organize the shipment of documentation and various supplies to Calgary office

Qualifications:
• High level of confidentiality
• Proficient in MS Office with intermediate Excel spreadsheet skills
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Good command of the English language, and good communication and written skills with the ability to proofread, edit, and show attention to detail.
• Previous work experience in an engineering, project management, or construction-related administrative function an asset

Position ORDER ENTRY - RICHMOND - 3 DAYS A WEEK
Description

Starts September 14th to replace a one year maternity leave. Position is available 3 days a week -Mon/Tues/Wed and the hours are 8 am to 1pm.

Candidates must have a pleasant telephone manner, good customer service skills, basic MS Office and previous experience with order entry. SAP experience would be a definite asset.

Vehicle required to reach location.
