Position TIRE SHOP WORKERS NEEDED - BURNABY
Description

Two workers needed for a Tire Shop in Burnaby. starting ASAP until December. The hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Daily tasks will be mounting and balancing wheels and tires. Experience preferred, but not mandatory. Training is provided.

Requirements:

  • Mechanically minded/previous experience with mechanical work e.g. Levers, mechanical equipment, switches, screws and bolts, hammering, spraying, wiping, conveyors, compressors, air hoses, clamps
  • Able to lift up to 70 pounds
  • Team player
  • Good listening skills, can follow instructions
  • Steel toe boots needed

Description

Ongoing Junior Warehouse positions, starting ASAP. No experience necessary but candidates must have steel-toed boots. You will be working on the line, sweeping, packaging boxes, etc.

Must be able to do 12 hour rotating shifts -- 7:00 am to 7:00 p.m. for two weeks and then 7:00 p.m -- 7:00 a.m. for two, etc.

Description

High profile tech company, located in Burnaby, has a 6-9 month contract available in their Commercial Business Team division for an Administrative Assistant with Salesforce.com experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase the Commercial team’s use of Salesforce.com by:
    • Planning and implementing new features
    • Streamlining fields/layouts for ease of use and efficiency
    • Optimizing dashboards and reporting for management KPI’s
    • Providing training to Sales and Product Line Management team users
  • Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports using Salesforce data.  Report topics include forecasts, opportunities and team activity, among others.
  • Assist with preparation of the consolidated revenue plan for the company and its’ subsidiaries
    • Coordinate inputs from various groups (Sales, Product Line Management, Finance, Technology Solutions, Operations)
    • Prepare forecast file and other materials for financial and operational planning review meetings

Requirements and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of directly related sales operations experience, including experience with Salesforce.com
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), including experience with Excel macros and Pivot tables
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Effective at managing multiple projects and can adapt to changing priorities

Position ORDER ENTRY / CUSTOMER SERVICE - RICHMOND, 3 DAYS A WEEK
Description

Self-starter with excellent customer service experience and good order entry skills is sought for a long-term assignment, 3 days a week.  You must be available Mon-Tues-Wed from 8am to 1pm.  Position starts ASAP and is expected to go until May/June of next year.  Richmond location – vehicle required.


Experience working with an SAP system in the food industry would be a definite asset.  Candidates should also have basic Outlook, Word and Excel skills and excellent communication skills.

Duties:

  • Perform accurate and timely order and credit note entry
  • Prepare/check invoices and bills of lading for outgoing shipments
  • Monitor high priority orders to ensure timely and complete delivery
  • Act as a co-ordinator between sales and logistics departments
  •  Work closely with the shipping department to ensure customer delivery and resolution of issues.
  • Accurately process large amounts of data when necessary.
