Description

We have a temporary assignment that requires at least a year's working experience in a medical clinic and an MOA Certificate. Wolfe System experience preferred, however any other EMR would be fine.

Position RICHMOND - SALES SUPPORT ADMIN UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR
Description

12 month maternity leave contract available in Richmond for an administrative assistant with at least 2 years of Sales Admin experience. You will work with the Sales Operations Manager and Sales Manager/Director to facilitate the administration needs for the Inbound/Outbound Sales staff. 

The primary focus of this role is to support the sales channels with any and all administrative functions within their department including providing & tracking leads, assisting with trade show orders, training new hires on the order entry system, providing weekly reporting of sales activities, etc.

Candidates must be web-savvy, have above-average business writing skills, the ability to function well in a multi-task environment and strong proficiency in Excel and Word.

Description

Our client in South Burnaby is looking for an administrative assistant to aid company staff before, during and after conversion to new SAP software.

This is a temporary position and the candidate should have a good working knowledge of SAP and be able to assist sand train staff in the use SAP after the conversion process.  Experience with A/P and A/R would be a definite asset.
