Description

Experienced Order Picker required starting as soon as possible until the end of December with a large warehouse in Richmond. Location is bus accessible from the 22nd Street Skytrain station. Candidates need to have order picker and Reach experience, numerical aptitude and not be afraid of heights, as the racking in the warehouse is quite high and you will be utilizing a Reach truck for that. Must also be able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Position PAYROLL & HR ADMINISTRATOR
Description

3 month contract available with a large corporate law firm in downtown Vancouver for a Payroll & HR administrator.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining HRIS database and processing HRIS and payroll interfaces for regular payroll cycles.
  • Coordination of and staff liaison regarding firm’s benefits program, including flexible benefits, fitness subsidies, education reimbursements, Group RRSP.
  • Performing employee background checks, preparing new hire packages, organizing training, conducting orientation sessions, and creating and maintaining employee files.
  • Participate in the management of the firm’s wellness program.
  • Assisting with preparation of annual budgets.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years’ related payroll and/or benefits experience, preferably in a professional services environment.

Description

We have two long-term temporary spots in Burnaby for candidates with experience in real estate mortgage documentation. Both positions start ASAP for 4 months. Preference given to candidates who have commercial mortgage documentation experience but the client will look at non-commercial experience as well.
