WAREHOUSE POSITIONS

Position GENERAL LABOUR - RICHMOND
Description

Starts ASAP! Candidates must have general labour/warehouse experience and steel-toed boots. Must be able to lift at least 60Lbs on a regular basis as these positions require frequent lifting and bending, Must be able to do 12 hour rotating shifts -- 7:00 am to 7:00 p.m. for two weeks and then 7:00 p.m -- 7:00 a.m. for two, etc.

Located close to #5 Road and Steveston Highway area, a 10 minute walk from transit.

These are temporary positions, week-by-week.

ADMINISTRATIVE & CLERICAL POSITIONS

Position CUSTOMER SERVICE - RICHMOND
Description

Customer service role starts ASAP with a Richmond-based company for approximately 1 month (could go longer).  You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with new orders, advising of status of orders in process, furnishing information on new products and sending product literature out.   Other duties include completing related records, reports, and documentation and performing miscellaneous clerical tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Current customer service experience
  • Experience with analyzing data
  • Excellent communications and public relations skills
  • Well- organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong keyboarding skills
  • Experience within the consumer packaged goods industry would be an asset

Hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Sundays to Thursdays.

Description

Our client, a professional regulator, is looking for a customer service focused individual with strong communication skills, high level of professionalism and excellent knowledge of Accounts Payable.

This is an 11 month, full-time, maternity leave CONTRACT.

Must haves:
• 2 - 4 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
• 2 - 4 years’ experience in Great Plains
• Professional phone manner when dealing with members and vendors
• Occasional back-up reception as needed

Location is transit accessible (Gilmore Skytrain station).
