Position RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR FOR HIGH TECH FIRM IN - BURNABY
Description

HR team within a tech environment is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to hire on a 4 month contract term. This will be a great opportunity for a recent Human Resources or Business graduate or an experienced professional to work and gain exposure with a successful High Tech company!
This is a role for someone who has fabulous attention to detail, a positive can-do attitude, a strong work ethic and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  A successful candidate could be considered for further extension or conversion to full time at the end of the contract term.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating interviews and technical testing for recruitment team 
  • Job posting and advertisement coordination 
  • Conduct reference checks, resume and phone screens 
  • Assist in University Recruitment - booking/organizing events, postings, ordering give-aways etc. 
  • Assist in getting new requests approved and posting to job portals 
  • Gather approvals and prepare offer letters 
  • Create, send, and verify information in new hire packages 
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience by coordinating with IT and facilities
  • Provide metrics and reports such as weekly recruitment reports/statistics, job vacancy etc

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 1 + year of Recruitment/Staffing Coordination experience working in a corporate or agency environment 
  • High comfort level with MS Office products, especially Excel 
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work on a high volume of requests (testing, interviews, offer coordination) 
  • Efficient time management skills with the ability to balance numerous requirements.

Position H.R. ADMIN ASSISTANT - UBC AREA
Description

Human Resources department on the West Side (UBC area) requires an HR Admin Assistant, starting ASAP to help them manage the workload and administrative tasks during an employee absence.  The position will run for at least 3 months with the possibility of extension.

Description

We have a long-term temporary spot in Burnaby for a candidate with experience in real estate mortgage documentation. Preference given to candidates who have commercial mortgage documentation experience but the client will look at non-commercial experience as well. You must be proficient in using BC Online, myLTSA, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Various mortgage portfolio projects including non-profits; delivery of mortgage administration functions including obtaining property tax payments and confirming insurance coverage
  • Coordinate with various entities (primarily non-profits) on mortgage renewals, prepayments, discharges, reconciliation of payments and receipts, etc

Description

We currently have two contract positions available with a large employer on the North Shore for polished, professional EA’s with strong administrative skills and experience.  Both positions start as soon as possible and will go for 3 months.
