Position PROJECT ADMIN SUPPORT - RICHMOND
Description

We have a one year contract position available for a senior level administrative assistant to handle the role of Project Admin Support to a large IT program of medium complexity.  This position liaises and communicates with all members of the program as well as some external vendors.

The key function is to provide administrative support to the Cloud Delivery & Operations (CDO) Program overall and the DevOps sub-program specifically.

Qualifications:

  • Current administrative assistant experience
  • Strong MS Office
  • Extensive Outlook calendar management
  • SharePoint
  • Ability to learn quickly, personable and friendly
  • Can organize large scale off-site events – catering, logistics, etc.
  • Would prefer experience with Agile IT (DevOps)

Position CHERRY PICKER AND REACH TRUCK OPERATORS
Description

We have several temporary positions available immediately at the Richmond location of a large tire distribution centre for cherry pickers and reach truck operators. 

All assignments are expected to go untilJune and require 8 hour shifts with flexibility on start times.  Some overtime and Saturday work may also be requested.

Located in East Richmond and there is shuttle transportation from the Canada Line.
