Position WAREHOUSE WORKERS NEEDED - RICHMOND
Description

Ongoing Junior Warehouse positions, starting ASAP. No experience necessary but candidates must have steel-toed boots. You will be working on the line, sweeping, packaging boxes, etc.

Must be able to do 12 hour rotating shifts -- 7:00 am to 7:00 p.m. for two weeks and then 7:00 p.m -- 7:00 a.m. for two, etc.

Located close to #5 Road and Steveston Highway area, a 10 minute walk from transit. 

These are temporary positions, week-by-week.

ADMINISTRATIVE & CLERICAL POSITIONS

Position ORDER ENTRY / CUSTOMER SERVICE - RICHMOND, 3 DAYS A WEEK
Description

Self-starter with excellent customer service experience and good order entry skills is sought for a long-term assignment, 3 days a week.  You must be available Mon-Tues-Wed from 8am to 1pm.  Position starts ASAP and is expected to go until May/June of next year.  Richmond location – vehicle required.


Experience working with an SAP system in the food industry would be a definite asset.  Candidates should also have basic Outlook, Word and Excel skills and excellent communication skills.

Duties:

  • Perform accurate and timely order and credit note entry
  • Prepare/check invoices and bills of lading for outgoing shipments
  • Monitor high priority orders to ensure timely and complete delivery
  • Act as a co-ordinator between sales and logistics departments
  •  Work closely with the shipping department to ensure customer delivery and resolution of issues.
  • Accurately process large amounts of data when necessary.

Position ADMIN ASSISTANT - 3 MONTH CONTRACT
Description

We have a 3 month assignment available for an Administrative Assistant in a transit-friendly Richmond location.

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and secretarial support to two senior Administrative Assistants. 

The successful candidate is comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Communicates in a manner that promotes positive and respectful relationships. Experience taking meeting minutes is an asset.

Job summary:

• Interacts with senior managers/directors and administrative support staff across the organization
• Prepares documents and reports for the Administrative Team.
• Takes minutes at various meetings 
• Coordinates meetings and aids in the preparation and distribution of agenda items as required.
• Prepares, edits, and proofreads correspondence, presentations, and reports as required
• Assists with coordinating incoming, and outgoing communication. 
• Assists with managing uniform distribution and ordering.
• Performs other tasks and provides support as directed.

Qualifications:

Position ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK - RICHMOND
Description

Corporate HO of a large manufacturing facility has a six month contract available starting ASAP for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk.

The position is responsible for full cycle processing of accounts payable transactions (approx. 200 a week) including coding, matching and entering vendor invoice data, as well as processing of disbursements in accordance with vendor terms. This role also involves some light reception duties.
