Position MORTGAGE ADMINISTRATOR - 2 POSITIONS
Description

We have two long-term temporary spots in Burnaby for candidates with experience in real estate mortgage documentation. Both positions start ASAP for 4 months. Preference given to candidates who have commercial mortgage documentation experience but the client will look at non-commercial experience as well. You must be proficient in using BC Online, myLTSA, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities:
• Various mortgage portfolio projects including non-profits; delivery of mortgage administration functions including obtaining property tax payments and confirming insurance coverage
• Coordinate with various entities (primarily non-profits) on mortgage renewals, prepayments, discharges, reconciliation of payments and receipts, etc.
• Prepare mortgage security packages
• Provide mortgage and trust confirmation for auditing purposes
• Administrative and financial assistance for the department when required

Description

This is a 1 year contract starting ASAP in the Finance Department for a Cashier with good knowledge of accounting procedures.  Duties include preparing bank deposits and receipts, managing petty cash float, processing accounts payable and credit card payments and a variety of month-end tasks as required.

Key qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of accounting procedures (e.g., General Ledger coding, debits/credits) and a solid understanding of the application of taxes

Description

Full-time, entry level position, offering interesting work and a chance to grow your skills in the area of HVAC.  Duties include cleaning and testing air conditioning equipment, loading and delivery of portable cooling and heating equipment to customers and installing equipment on site at film sets and offices.
