Position PAYROLL COORDINATOR
Description

Payroll Coordinator with at least 3 years' relevant experience is required for an 8 week temporary assignment starting November 24th. You will responsible for producing senior management payroll and maintaining employee payroll & benefits records.

You are a highly analytical person who enjoys detailed work and you possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. A high level of trust and confidentiality in handling personal information will be expected.

Strong MS Excel spreadsheets skills are a must, along with intermediate Word and computerized payroll processing experience. Preference given to those with payroll experience from a unionized environment.

Compensation Excellent rate of pay.

Position JR. PURCHASER
Description

One month temporary assignment - November 3rd to December 3rd with large office based in Richmond. You don't need to have your PMAC designation but you are required to have purchasing / buying experience, preferably from a large organization. Candidates should also be MS Office proficient and have above-average English verbal & written communication skills.

Duties:
- Prepare and/or review purchase requisitions/orders as required
- Source price quotations and prepare purchase requisitions/orders
- Process purchase requisitions/orders within purchasing authority
- Monitor inventory levels and generate reports
- Match PO's with invoices and forward for payment processing
- Expedite and follow up with suppliers to schedule deliveries

Compensation Excellent hourly rate
