Position CUSTOMER SERVICE - BURNABY
Description

This is a temp-to-perm situation, requiring solid customer service skills, and starts ASAP! You will be a key contributor on the Customer Service team, setting up customer and pricing information in a database, as well as receiving consumer calls and maintaining a high level of service to both customers and account executives.

Duties:
- Data entry of consumer orders
- Processing and editing customer orders
- Handle customer inquiries, warranty requests, short shipments, special pricing and general product questions

Skills required:

- Must have at least 2 years' customer service experience in a fast paced environment
- Excellent data entry skills
- Must be able to multitask and be extremely detail oriented
- Team player with a great attitude
- Some post-secondary business or accounting courses would be an asset

Position RECEPTIONIST / ADMIN ASSISTANT
Description

Downtown Vancouver company has a temporary vacation relief assignment, starting in early August.  This is a very busy reception area, with multi-line phone system, requiring an energetic and well-organized person with solid office experience.

 

Duties include greeting clients, booking boardrooms for meetings, routine email correspondence, filing, issuing parking passes, some data entry and preparing bank deposits.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year's current office experience
  • Professional phone manner and above-average communication skills
  • Intermediate level MS Word and Outlook
  • Quick learner, common sense, able to work with minimal supervision

 

Availability after mid-August would be a bonus as well, for upcoming assignments.

Position TESTING COORDINATOR WITH ERP EXPERIENCE AND ADVANCED EXCEL
Description

Interesting contract position that starts ASAP in Richmond. Would be a great contract for a detail-oriented communicator with strong computer skills, who can take on project responsibility. Reports to the Test Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- daily logging of issues reported by the process owners in the daily testing execution
- provide daily progress reporting on testing metrics and issue resolution
- enable testers by coordinating the setup and dependencies of testing execution
- communicate with testers by providing them with reminders of progress against planned activities
- provide administrative and file management support to Test Manager
- triage and follow-up with issues resolvers on progress
- coordinate retest activities
- maintain release management log for promoting code to various environments
- assist testers in execution of test scripts in IFS application

This resource may also be required to provide support in other work streams.

Skills & Experience:
- Team player with good communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Microsoft Office (MS-Word, Outlook)
- ERP

Description

Temporary Accounts Receivable clerk required for Richmond Office. This is a 2 month role with the possibility of being extended for an additional month. This role will be 30-40 hours a week, Tuesday to Friday. The hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Requirements:

Team oriented, motivated and personable attitude 
Strong ability to work independently
Detail oriented, accurate and capable of understanding complex AR concepts
