Description

We are currently recruiting experienced Administrative Assistants and Receptionists for temporary assignments of varying lengths and in numerous locations (Vancouver/Burnaby/Delta, etc.)

Successful candidates will provide a broad variety of basic clerical support duties such as:

• Inputting and retrieving data
• File maintenance including Bring Forward systems
• Respond to customer requests for information and distribute information packages
• Answering telephones and respond to routine inquiries
• Scheduling meetings including booking rooms and catering
• Order office supplies

Description

Starts ASAP.  We are looking for an experienced Receptionist with good administrative assistant skills to provide assistance to a very busy department. Duties include answering phones, email, printing documents, coordinating and providing fingerprinting services.

Candidates MUST have:
- Federal Government security clearance to SECRET level
- Good skills in Word, Outlook and Excel

Only candidates with current Secret security clearance certification will be considered.

Hours are 8 am to 4 pm.

Position ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - SURREY
Description

Surrey HO has a temporary assignment of 3-4 weeks’ duration that may be extended beyond that date.  Candidates must have at least one year’s current experience entering and reconciling accounting entries, along with SAP knowledge.  Good spreadsheet and word processing proficiency is also required.

      Duties:

  • Data entry
  • Providing support for receipt processing to supply chain customers
  • Open, sort and distribute accounting department mail
  • Provide administrative assistance to the A/P department
  • Set up and maintain Vendor filing systems
  • Assist both the A/P department and Purchasing as required.

Position COLLECITONS
Description

Temporary assignment, starting as soon as possible for approximately 3 months with a major professional services firm. Reporting to the Collections Supervisor, the Collections Co-ordinator is accountable for collecting amounts due within an assigned portfolio. The ideal candidate for this role will be highly motivated, goal oriented and able to deal with moderately complex, sensitive situations. Fluency in both English and French is essential.

Responsibilities:
· Perform the collection of amounts due within assigned portfolio with some guidance from others
· Document daily collection activities
· Communicates and negotiates with clients within the prescribed time frames
· Identifies and facilitates the resolution of client disputes.
· Discusses high risk accounts with the Billing Partner
· Research, follow up and resolve any client requests and ensure that the appropriate people are engaged to resolve the issues.
· Perform account reconciliations when required
· Communicates with trustees and receivers and complete all legal documentation as required
· Work with Billing and Cash Application teams regarding misdirected payments or bills to be adjusted

Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in credit & collection.
- French/English bilingual
- Proficient in MS Office 2010
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of detail
- Enrollment in CCP professional designation (Certified Credit Professional) is desired
