1. Please confirm your arrival to us on your first day of each new assignment; providing us with your
direct phone number and email. 2. Please show initiative and willingness to the client. Ask questions if you are unclear on instructions
or procedures. 3. Remember to make/take personal phone calls only on scheduled lunch/coffee breaks. 4. Remember to turn off your cell phone during business hours. 5. Typically, personal Internet usage or texting is NOT appropriate during office hours while on an
assignment. 6. Information you are exposed to during your assignments must be kept CONFIDENTIAL as per your
Employment Agreement with Hunt Personnel/Temporarily Yours and in accordance with the
Privacy Act. 7. If you anticipate any conflict of interest in being assigned to certain companies or departments,
please discuss this with your staffing consultant immediately. 8. When you are given the responsibility of keys or passes to our client’s office, please be diligent
about returning them to your supervisor or your staffing consultant at the end of your assignment. 9. We recommend business dress on the first day of your assignment and then follow the dress code
of the client. 10. We recommend leaving your personal items at home vs. bringing them to your assignment’s office. 11. Notify us if your work duties change noticeably; your pay rate is based on the job description we
have been given at the beginning of the assignment. 12. You are an employee of Hunt Personnel/Temporarily Yours. Discuss any problems or emergencies
with your staffing consultant rather than with our client. Please be discreet when calling us. 13. If you become ill during an assignment, and cannot go to work, please notify your staffing
consultant by 7:30 a.m. each day and contact us later that day to let us know how you are feeling. 14. If you are interested in a direct hire (permanent position) with our client, advise your staffing
consultant; our clients have indicated they prefer us to apply on your behalf. 15. If you are asked to work overtime, and able to accommodate, advise us immediately so we can
ensure appropriate approvals and confirm with our client that overtime rates will apply, as per
Alberta Human Resources Employment Standards. 16. Make SURE to call/email us on the last day of any assignment to confirm that you are available for
new assignments. 17. All time sheets must be emailed to our office by close of business on Friday (5:00 p.m.); time
sheets must be signed by your supervisor on assignment. Your income will be direct deposited into
your bank account on the following Friday morning. If you are unable to be on direct deposit,
please advise your staffing consultant in order to make other arrangements for payment. 18. Time sheets can be downloaded from our website. www.hunt.ca
WHEN NOT ON ASSIGNMENT:
1. When available for assignment, advise us of all possible alternative ways to contact you if you are
going to be away from your phone, ESPECIALLY Monday mornings and Friday afternoons. 2. When unavailable for assignments please email/phone your staffing consultant, advising us when
you become available again. 3. Keep us abreast of any new skills you have learned – on the job or on a course.
