- Receive and check invoices for contract compliance, mathematical accuracy and completeness (200+ invoices per week)
- 48 hour processing time to be administered for all IC invoices
- Print reports and manage the detailed verification process to ensure hours and costs match in two computer systems
- Ensure all invoices are approved and shipped for payment each Monday & Wednesday (exception being an accelerated schedule for Statutory Holiday’s), maintain a control log, scan and file for local reference.
- Handle queries and obtain corrections as necessary
Additional aspects:
